Conciliation

Resolution No. 125 of November 29, 2010

Provides for the National Judicial Policy for proper handling of conflicts of interest within the judiciary and other measures. (Published in the DJ-and No. 39/2011, on 01/03/2011, pg. 2-15)

"It's definitely easier to resolve a conflict by reconciliation than a sentence imposed, whose implementation takes a long time and consumes a significant amount of public money" (Justice Cezar Peluso, president of the STF and CNJ)
